- Basic Airmail (no tracking)
- Registered Airmail (with tracking)

Delivery may take approximately 4 to 24 working days, depending on your location.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of collectible squishies and sealed products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences (e.g. texture, scent, colour variation, or softness)
- Minor manufacturing imperfections as described in the Product Condition Disclaimer
Refunds or replacements may only be considered in cases where the incorrect item was sent.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient where applicable.
Proof of Delivery
For orders shipped using a tracked shipping service, the tracking record provided by the shipping carrier shall serve as proof of shipment and delivery.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, postal disruptions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For untracked shipping methods, we are unable to investigate or compensate for parcels that are lost in transit.
🧸 General Information – Squishy Condition
Please be aware:
Each squishy is unique; minor variations and manufacturing imperfections (e.g., air bubbles, small colored dots, slight discoloration) are normal.
Squishies may have small dimples, dents, or cracks/tears from the production molds.
All products are brand new and unopened.
While we inspect for severe defects, packaging remains sealed, and checks are limited.
We do our best to package items securely for protection during shipping.
