Shipping & Delivery
Products will be shipped out within 1-5 working days upon payment received.
For preorders, do note that there is a waiting time depending on the release and arrival of the product(s). Upon receiving them, products will be shipped out within 1-5 working days.
For Local Buyers in SingaporeThe following shipping options are offered:
1. Normal Mail: $2.00 flat rate (Below 250g)
2. Standard Mail (Ninja Van, J&T Express, Singpost etc): $3.50 flat rate
Free shipping are offered to Local Buyers with a minimum spending of $50.
For International Buyers
Do note the shipping rate varies according to your country and the overall weight of the product(s) you purchase. Upon carting out, the shipping price determined by the weight of the item(s) will automatically be assigned to you. You will have the option of choosing either Basic Airmail (without tracking number) or Registered Airmail (with). The shipping prices have been discounted by us as we wish to provide affordable shipping to everyone around the world.
Delivery will take an estimated 4 - 24 working days to reach depending on where you are located.

Returns
Do note that each squishy piece may vary slightly from one another and minor manufacturing defects might be observed on the squishy.
Squishies with minor manufacturing defects (slight discoloration, air bubbles, colored dots, etc which are normal due to factory production defects) will hence not be available for refunds or exchange.
Do also note that squishies might come with small dimples, dents etc. Small cracks/tears may appear in squishies due to molds used during production of them. However, our products are all brand new and not opened before. Products will be checked for severe defects but do note that the original packaging is not opened and our checks may be limited to that. We will try our best to package the products to protect them as much as we can.
If you received a wrong or severely damaged product, please keep the original packaging and proceed to email thesquishytown@gmail.com or contact us through our Contact Us Form and we will assist you on this accordingly.
Age Requirements
For purchasers aged 18 years old and below, do seek parental permission before making a purchase. The Squishy Town will not be liable for anything else apart from the products sold.
