Squishies are soft, squeezable toys designed to be fun and satisfying to handle. They come in different shapes, characters, textures and scents.

📦 When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and mailed every Tuesday and Friday.

Orders placed before the mailing day will be processed and prepared for shipment on the next available mailing day.

Once your order has been mailed, delivery within Singapore typically takes 1–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods. Delivery delays are outside of our control.

🚚 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE shipping in Singapore for orders of $68 or more.

🇸🇬 Do you deliver outside Singapore?

At the moment, we currently focus on deliveries within Singapore. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request.

💕 Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within the day of receiving your order. See our Return & Exchange Policy for more information.

🧼 How should I care for my squishy?

Keep your squishy away from sharp objects, excessive heat, direct sunlight, water and substances that may stain or damage the material.

Different squishies may have different care requirements, so please follow any care instructions provided with your product.
